- How accurate is the AI relevance filter?
- The filter matches tenders against your business profile: the CPV codes, keywords and country filters you configure yourself. You set the minimum score yourself — you can filter more strictly or more loosely.
- Does the specification search work for all countries?
- For BOSA (BE), BOAMP (FR) and TenderNed (NL) where the full specification is available. For TED notices only the notice text.
- Can I create different profiles for different departments?
- Yes. You manage multiple search profiles, each with their own CPV codes, keywords and country filters. Each profile gets its own daily digest.
- How does the bid workspace in the app work?
- As soon as you save a tender, Tender Tracker reads the tender specification (when available) and automatically prepares a checklist with the required documents. You upload files per item — reusable pieces (declarations, references, certificates) go into the document library once and are reused across every tender. The AI also drafts a structured brief based on the specification. You see at a glance whether the workspace is complete and download everything in a single zip, ready to submit.
