- Which countries and portals do you cover?
- Tender Tracker reads TED (EU), BOSA (Belgium), BOAMP (France), TenderNed (Netherlands) and Find a Tender (United Kingdom) every day. Luxembourg tenders above the European threshold are covered via TED. All tenders above the European threshold are captured via TED regardless.
- What's new now that Tender Tracker is more than a search tool?
- Alongside the daily digest, Tender Tracker now builds an intelligence layer from real contract awards: Market insights (who buys, who wins, at what value), expected re-tenders, a GO/NO-GO qualification per tender, AI draft text for your bid and an analytics dashboard. From first signal to submitted dossier — in one platform.
- How does the AI relevance filter work?
- You describe in a few sentences what your company does — products, services, sectors. The AI compares each tender against that profile and scores relevance. You set the minimum score yourself, and the filter learns from what you save and win.
- Is the market and award data available for Belgium too?
- Yes. We ingest awards from TED and from the Belgian e-Procurement data, plus BOAMP for France. From those we build the buyer and competitor tables and the re-tender forecasts. The more awards come in, the sharper the picture.
- Can I push tenders to my CRM?
- The integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Odoo, Dynamics 365, Slack and Teams are in beta: you connect a provider and the configuration is stored encrypted. Automatic live sync is coming soon.
- Do I need a VAT number to get started?
- Yes. Tender Tracker is a B2B tool. For Belgian clients we ask for a valid BE VAT number; for French clients a SIREN. We validate this during registration.
- Can I cancel during the trial period?
- Yes. The trial period lasts 14 days and nothing is charged while the trial runs. Cancel with one click in the client portal.
- Can multiple colleagues work with one account?
- Yes — unlimited team members included in both plans. Every team member can receive the digest and collaborate on bid workspaces.
- Where is my data stored?
- All data is hosted within the EU. We only process what we need to deliver the service and share nothing with third parties.
- How does Tender Tracker compare to Mercell, TenderWolf or DoubleTrade?
