- Which countries and portals do you cover?
- Tender Tracker reads TED (EU), BOSA (Belgium), BOAMP (France) and TenderNed (Netherlands) every day. All tenders above the European threshold are also captured via TED.
- How does the AI relevance filter work?
- You describe in a few sentences what your company does — products, services, sectors. The AI compares each tender against that profile and scores relevance. You set the minimum score yourself.
- Do I need a VAT number to get started?
- Yes. Tender Tracker is a B2B tool. For Belgian clients we ask for a valid BE VAT number; for French clients a SIREN. We validate this during registration.
- Can I cancel during the trial period?
- Yes. The trial period lasts 14 days and nothing is charged while the trial runs. Cancel with one click in the client portal.
- How is VAT handled?
- All prices on this site are exclusive of VAT. Belgian and French clients receive an invoice with the correct VAT treatment (reverse charge where applicable).
- Can multiple colleagues work with one account?
- Yes — unlimited team members included in both plans. Every team member can receive the digest and collaborate on bid dossiers.
- Where is my data stored?
- All data is hosted within the EU. We only process what we need to deliver the service and share nothing with third parties.
